One rule and four pillars:

BRAIN BOOSTER’S team coaching rests on “”one rule and “four pillars””.

"The collective intelligence" of the team

is greater than the sum of its parts, or in other words, that any organized system, produces or promotes the emergence of a number of new qualities which were not present in the individual parts. Developing "the collective intelligence of a team" provides operational, organizational and relational results that exceed the potential of the sum of its members.

The "holographic" or "reflection" approach

The second pillar refers to the point of a hologram that has this strange property of containing all the information of the entire image in each of its parts. Not only are the parts in everything but everything is in the parts. We start with the same idea regarding the teams we coach: at every moment we receive all the information on the system in question. Similarly, the entire issue of a culture, of a way of managing a team or an organization is contained and represented in a team meeting.

The context … determines understanding

Knowledge, an action, a problem is relevant only insofar as it is placed in a specific context. For example, the word, polysemous, because of it’s meaning, only makes sense when inserted in a text. The text itself becomes relevant when placed in its context. In the same manner, an event is intelligible only if we can place it in its historical, sociological or other conditions. We will use this same principle regarding the teams we coach: any action, event and need must be placed in the context of the organized system.

The principle of "Reliance" and the “recursive loop"

The principle of "reliance" is meant to bring together what up until now was seen as disjointed and sometimes repulsive. We "connect" the information, actions, and results thanks to a “recursive or auto productive loop”.For example, to expect something, is to prepare for it and therefore change one’s current behavior in the name of something that has not yet happened, but that is expected. Causality now represents a spiral and is no longer linear. We will use this same principle regarding the teams we coach: a team is the result of the interactions between the individuals that compose it. From this team will emerge qualities such as language or culture that will modify their actions and operational modes and thus contribute to the evolution of its members.
