3 PHASES : FRAMING/DEFINING THE REQUEST – COACHING – WRAP-UP
FRAMING THE REQUEST

A preparatory meeting takes place with the client that allows the emergence of an initial diagnosis of the stakes and goals of the coaching relationship.
On this basis, and in reference to the goals of the mission and the culture of the company, we will suggest an appropriate coaching process (relevant combinations of different methods, tools and time) to reach the new, desired threshold and to reach the targeted, agreed upon goals. In agreement with the beneficiary, we offer a customized approach that puts the recipient in a dynamic (momentum) of progress and performance within the practice of his/her profession. The work is carried out with the constant goal of increased autonomy (empowerment) for the client.
A contract with the organization is drawn up once the three parties approve the coaching goals.
COACHING
The coaching process takes place over a contractually defined period time which is relative to the nature of the request
A 30 minute " phone hot line " between each session is available for the client.
BOUCLAGE/ CLOSURE WRAP-UP
The coaching process ends with a wrap-up and evaluation session.
The coaching process is usually concluded by a tripartite meeting (entreprise - bénéficiaire - coach) avec les préconisations utiles à la pérennité de l'action.
An nchoring session with the beneficiary usually takes place within 6 months after the end of the coaching process.
LENGTH:

Except emergency and/or crisis situations, the coaching process is limited in time, with an average duration of approximately six month to achieve a sustainable evolution of the person in his/her environment.
Meeting are scheduled to take place for approximately two hours at a rate of two sessions per month.

- Specific coaching training from the best experts in the industry.
- Significant experience, both in operational business positions as well as in consulting and coaching,
- Innovative methods whose effectiveness has been proven in the field, with major European groups
- Taking part in individual or group supervision and being committed to continuous professional development,
- Specific experience of multi-cultural coaching and diversity
- Ability to coach in 2 languages (French, English).
They pledge to comply with the code of ethics established by the " International Coach Federation " for the professional practice of the profession.
COMMITMENT AND MEANS
BRAIN BOOSTER coaches are bound by an obligation of appropriate means (advice, methodology and logistics) to achieve the targeted goals. For each coaching, which is necessarily always customized, a specific contract will be agreed upon specifying the particular context, the main areas of work and goals. These will be developed together, with the beneficiary and the company when starting the coaching process. Achievement of these goals will be measured at the end of contract.
