FRAMING THE REQUEST


The goal is that the first contacts between the head of the client team and a senior BRAIN BOOSTER coach result in an agreement in principle on a 3-step methodology.


Two in-depth interviews with the client team leader will enable an initial diagnosis of the stakes and the coaching goals.


On the basis of these meetings, and taking into account the goals of the mission and the culture of the company, we will submit a method and a suitable time frame to reach the desired threshold and the targeted goals (quantitative and / or qualitative). A contract with the company is then agreed upon.
