WRAP-UP


Team coaching normally ends with a tripartite meeting (institutional representative of the company - the beneficiary (ies) - coach) where useful recommendations for the sustainability of the learning during the coaching process are shared.


In agreement with the coached team, the coach suggests to the Human Resources Department, to conduct an analysis of particular success factors, of the explored performance levers and key learning. The goal is to be able to transfer the learned skills of "team coaching" to the company thus confirming the “learning organization” approach. The company could then enrich or start an internal coaching offer supported by an internal team. Indeed, it seems that an adapted and visible internal coaching offer is seen as a strong sign of implication on behalf of the company in supporting its managers and their management teams..
